Raymond James Stadium in Tampa!

Super Bowl 2009 will be played in the city of Tampa, Florida at the Raymond James Stadium, home of the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This will be the 4th time the Super Bowl has been played here. The 43rd game is scheduled on February 1, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. EST. The stadium can seat 72,500 fans.

The teams? Arizona Cardinals and the Pittsburgh Steelers!

 

Here we go, the Cardinals first chance at winning the Super Bowl against the five times winner the Pittsburgh Steelers!

Arizona had it's first division win since 1975 and finished 6-0 against the Seattle Seahawks NFC West division. Then defeating the Falcons in the Wild Card Round 30-24 and the Panthers in the Divisional Playoff Round 33-13 to take the conference title game.

Pittsburgh has won the Super Bowl 5 times out of 6 appearances. The Steelers defeat Baltimore Ravens 23-14 to take the AFC Championship game. And it looks like they are the favorite for the winning spot in Super Bowl 43.
